HORIZONTAL WELL PERFORATING GUN

Horizontal well perforating gun has following functions: with 95 mechanical firing head,2 7/8 sand prevention firing head and detonating firing head; the temperature resistance is 150℃; the pressure resistance is 105Mpa. There is OD95 and OD 89 specification, 23/8"UP. There are TBG.B×31/16"-6ACME.B and 27/8"TBG.B×31/16″-6ACME.P end threads to choose.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

v  Internal rotation directional type is the main mode of horizontal well perforation, featured by anti-screwing and blasting fuse twisting structure;

v  Many positive and negative pressure detonating modes allow horizontal well perforation and testing combination operation;

v  The long well section perforation and ground monitoring are reliable;

v  The gun head can be used repeatedly, and roller gun breech can reduce the friction during gun release.

FULL BORE PERFORATING GUN

Full bore perforating gun can automatically throw the core of detonator and inner parts of gun string into sack gun in the tail after finishing TCP operation under negative pressure conditions. It is available for operations of well logging, fracturing & acidification, formation testing, etc. without tripping-out of gun string, effectively avoiding the secondary pollution caused by well killing following a trip of gun string.

COMPOUND PERFORATING GUN

Series compound perforating guns (excluding initiators & pyrotechnics) produced by the company can be cable conveyed and tubing conveyed. The body is made of wall-thickened high-grade alloy steel tube with high strength and toughness. The combining arrangement of blind hole and step hole effectively solve the conflict between power stick energy and gun body expansion.
